Tomorrow is an important day, Ayser will pay a visit to her husband in prison. But before then, she has to finish sewing clothes to pay the lawyer, settle a dispute with her sister Emine and convince her daughter Deniz that children are not allowed in prison.

Directors’ bio:

Derya Uygurlar was born in Siverek (Turkey) in 1991. She worked as an actress in national and international productions including Soeur d’armes (France/US, 2019) by Caroline Fourest, Neighbours (Switzerland, 2021) by Mano Khalil and The Four Walls (Turkey/US, 2021) by Bahman Ghobadi. Baby Ant is her first short film as a director.
