Set against a surreal cityscape of the pink city, this is a tale of a woman’s quest – in a world infused with myth and mystery, where each move opens up a new world. She meets people, lovers, riddles, world-warping questions and even a goddess as she wades through this haze of wonder and realization and begins to see everything anew.

Director’s Bio
Suruchi Sharma
Suruchi is an independent filmmaker from Rajasthan. She has been documenting the cultural diversity of Rajasthan as part of her folk film series. A graduate from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, she is the recipient of the Jury prize at IDSFFK 2017, Forum Lenteng Award at Arkipel 2017 amongst others. ‘Equals’ India’s first folk docu-series and her work as director, received a Special Mention Award in the Best Short Form Series category at International Documentary Association Awards 2023. Suruchi was also a UNESCO-Sahapedia research fellow in 2019, her film Meen Raag made as part of this fellowship was awarded at the 69th National Film Awards by the Film Federation of India.
