Saadat Kazakbaeva was born in Kyrgyzstan. Graduated from the Kyrgyz-Turkish University “Manas”, Faculty of Communication, Department of Radio, Television and Cinema. During her studies, she actively participated in various projects aimed at developing the film industry in Kyrgyzstan, both domestically and internationally. She was an organizer of film projects and coordinator of the National Film Award Ak Ilbirs. She made her debut as a director with the film “Bell at Dusk”. Worked at the State Cinema Center as a specialist in international cooperation. She is currently working on commercial projects as an assistant director and executive producer and independent filmmaker.
